Appointment Policies

Appointments are not usually scheduled on weekends unless previously arranged. Unexpected events will happen and on occasion, your appointment may be delayed or postponed. If that should happen, we will call you in advance of the appointment with options to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS: We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or house call fees may apply. Please call 541-261-9641 to cancel or reschedule.

Due to the nature of a house call practice, we may not always be available to answer the phone immediately. Please leave us a detailed message and we will return your call within 1 to 2 hours.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service. We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit cards, personal checks and cash.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site without your prior consent.
